Bella salita con pochissimo traffico. La parte più impegnativa inizia vicino agli ingressi dell'autostrada e per 3 km la strada sale con pendenze sempre ben sopra al 10％. Poi si fa più pedalabile. A 850 m di altitudine si trova la fontana di Josip II e un'altra al bivio con Mala e Vela Ucka. Dopo la svolta a destra la strada si fa più stretta, senza traffico, sempre pedalabile, solo gli ultimi 2 km sono un po più impegnativi. Panorama magnifico dalla cima sul golfo del Quarnaro e le isole (si sale brevemente dopo le antenne per il sentiero pavimentato).
