Beautiful climb in beautiful surroundings with unfortunately very poor tarmac in the second part (after having turned right at the T-junction). Fortunately that part is almost flat so in itself it doesn't bother you much.
The pleasure is in the first part: a very nice little brook valley and a nice winding road between mainly meadows to the top. Wide open views, especially to the left and to the back (towards the railway viaduct of Moresnet).
