Having done the climb from Vielha and after a short lunch, the climb from Esterri d'Aneu can be done straight away via the C28 or via side road of the C28 which is much quieter and joins the same C28 further on. From there, the climb is a bit trickier with 8-9% occasionally. After this, the climb continuously stays around 6% gradient and becomes more and more beautiful.

Nice regular climb. Beginning is fairly boring and on major motorway, last 8 kilometres is beautiful, lovely winding uphill.

Mooie regelmatige klim. Begin is redelijk saai en op grote autoweg, laatste 8 kilometer is prachtig, heerlijk slingerend omhoog.
