Salita molto bella, mai troppo ripida, praticamente sempre in mezzo al bosco e ben asfaltata. L'ho fatta con la gravel (copertoni da 47) e in una giornata nuvolosa e fresca (in vetta 14 gradi) perciò non ho avuto problemi di caldo ma la presenza degli alberi fa pensare a una salita ben ombreggiata. Se scenderete verso Alfedena occhio alla discesa, sempre asfaltata ma poco manutenuta e perciò con buche insidiose, crepe e brecciolino, consiglio copertoni almeno da 28 con la gravel nessun problema.
