Quite a challenging climb but the views are great. The road is quite narrow, only 1 car in places, so be careful. This is a very popular mountain pass for motorcyclists. It leads through a beautiful setting with beautiful scenery. There is a hotel at the top with excellent cuisine, I recommend the Al Gallo Forcello.
Longer climb than the Austrian side of this pass. You climb in a less forested area, warmer and sunnier therefore. In return, this Italian side of the Nassfeld path offers you nicer views and fewer stretches of +12%. In any case, I enjoyed this climb.

For those who, like me, tackle these climbs with a more "tourist" spirit: waterfall at the side of the road at km 4, drinking fountain at km 5, Malga Tratten for a little break at km 8, immediately after the toughest section is over. And at the top you can find everything to eat and sleep.
