From Munich towards Innsbrück, the route via Kochelsee is definitely recommended. Beautiful, not too busy and with the Kesselberg in it a nice little climb. On its own, the climb is not much, but if you indeed continue to Innsbrück, this is the start of 60 km to Seefeld that keep going up. Usually only by 2-3%, but still enough to get into the legs. So the start with the Kesselberg does make itself felt throughout the route.

Friday morning it was manageable with the motorbikes...there are several crosses in every bend. The only view is over the Kochelsee, otherwise forest.
