The first 900 metres run through beautiful surroundings but what a lousy tarmac. Descending here is highly inadvisable and climbing only by gravel bike or even more clumsy. Unless you really like a challenge. The percentage is already decent in the first part but the road surface makes it look like you have to cycle up a flight of stairs. Pretty tough, in other words. After that it does flatten out which makes it better. In the remaining part the tarmac is doable, only there the view is a bit less. Because of the bad tarmac a lower rating.
