The Gellenberg is located between the N2 ( state highway between Leuven and Diest ) and the center of Lubbeek. If you leave the N2 to go to Lubbeek, halfway you suddenly encounter a rather steep ascending part that you feel more than it seems. Unfortunately, it is a busy road but the bike path is in good condition during the ascending part but closer to Lubbeek center it is not so good.
