Net wat leuker dan de klim die alleen de hoofdweg vervolgt omdat je het lange tweede rechte stuk dan vermijdt. Het eerste deel van de hoofdweg is nog wel aardig om te fietsen en het verkeer valt mee. Daarna sla je af bij Deigne en volg je kleine weggetjes waarbij de weg wat op en neer gaat en amper hoogtemeters maakt.
