Very slightly uphill climb that runs entirely on a wide connecting road. Nice scenery and little traffic but the road is generally quite boring, except for the twisty middle section. Especially the two straight sections (especially the second one which is a bit longer and steeper) feel drawn out. Then there are nicer alternatives.
