De kasseien zijn ondertussen vervangen door asfalt, dus dit klimmetje is meteen een uitdaging armer.
Het is er zeer rustig, hetgeen een enorm pluspunt is. De afdaling richting Leuvensesteenweg is wel wat verraderlijk.
Persoonlijk verkies ik eerder de iets verderopgelegen Liedeberg vanuit Gelrode om een doorsteek te maken.
