When you see the profile you think "Yes yes it will" but this is indeed an incredibly good runner, with a nice percentage and car-free besides. The tarmac was now covered in leaves and snow which did make it harder pedalling. Below that was good but in the first part some rough tarmac, in the second part the tarmac runs a bit nicer. Nice wooded area and you start at the reservoir which (at least in winter) you occasionally have a view of in the first part. All in all, a very pleasant climb and a perfect continuation of "Les Lacets du Lac de la Gileppe" because you end up on the main road to Jalhay where it is narrower again, thus missing the somewhat unattractive wide section of the main road.
