As soon as you turn off at the church it goes up immediately with nice views over the valley which is the steepest part of the climb. Once you completely disappear into the forest the percentages drop slightly and you have 2 nice hairpin bends where you have a view of the valley through the trees. You think the climb is over when you enter the open plain and some houses, but it's a short kilometer which is false flat after which it gets a few hundred meters steeper when you ride back into t... read more

This is a beautiful climb in an already beautiful cycling environment. You start with the toughest section with a few nice curves. you leave the village fairly quickly where you have a view for a very short while before diving into the forest. The road is narrow but in very good condition. At the end, the climb flattens out and you get into open space from time to time.

Nice climb with two hairpins through the forest. Beautiful tarmac. Very quiet. At the top you ride over a plateau with grassland among the woods, with another climb afterwards. You then descend and ascend further to the D989, where you can cycle over the ridge to Hargnies, for example. The climb starts in Linchamps near the little church, where you may have already done a bit of light climbing from Les-Hautes-Rivières.

Very tough climb. Certainly the first kilometres from the moment you leave the main road and ride up through the forest are the toughest. At the top, you end up on a kind of plateau between the trees where you actually have stretches of descending and false flat. The scenery here is very beautiful, but in my opinion it was still quite crowded on the narrow road during the climb, so cars'll have to pass you very closely in two directions. Nevertheless, highly recommended!

Zeer pittige beklimming.

One of the most beautiful climbs in the region. From Linchamps, to the left of the little church, it immediately goes up quite steeply. The first kilometre, that is until the 2nd bend, is the steepest, then it keeps going up considerably until km 4, where you come out of the forest and reach a plateau. Make no mistake, you're not at the top yet. It stays more or less flat until just outside the hamlet you pass, then the climb resumes in full force. But it's only a convulsion, after a left turn, you're at the top.

Start immediately spirited away from Linchamps. On asphalt impeccable, you soon enter the forest where a hairpin bend almost signals the end of section 1. After the recovery section, you climb steadily further to the summit. I follow the opinion above that this one is definitely also recommended as a descent.

Start direct pittig wegrijdend vanuit Linchamps.

Very nice climb through a forest with good road surface. But even better; you have to descend this one! Beautifully winding through the woods without having to touch your brakes. Highly recommended both ways!

Since the climb flattens out soon after the start, it is easy to do. It is nice that this climb is not just through the forest, but occasionally with a nice view and some nice buildings.
