What a beauty of a climb. 12 km long . The first 4 km are false flat but from Luthe starts a gem of a climb with the last 8 km maybe 100 turns because nowhere is there a straight stretch of 100 m which gives you a feeling of a super col hidden among the greenery with a steep mountainside on the right and the depth on the left. So the first 4 km are slightly uphill . On entering Rocher there is the first steep section. From here on it goes nowhere below 6％. The next village has a new stretch above 10％ and the last 3 climbs are steep with about 8.5％ on average. As the descent to Jaujac was barely rideable due to the construction of a new road surface return right and the descent was super technical but delightful. I gave this col 5 stars because of its winding climb and beautiful scenery. The road is narrow for the last 8 km, un3.5 metres and almost traffic-free.

Het volgende dorpje kent een nieuw stuk boven de 10％ en de laatste 3 klim zijn steil met ongeveer 8,5％ gemiddeld. Omdat de afdaling naar Jaujac amper berijdbaar was door de aanleg van een nieuw wegdek rechtsom terug en de afdaling was super technisch maar heerlijk. Ik heb deze col 5 sterren gegeven vanwege zijn slingerende klim en prachtige omgeving. De weg is de laatste 8 km smal, onge3,5 meter en haast verkeersvrij.
