Starting off with just a few percent gradient you will soon ride 7-9%. The first 2/3 of the climb is surrounded of forests, very nice. On the last part it opens up a bit and displays some great views. The view from the top is amazing. The ride down on the south side was not great, tarmac was quite shattered.

Long mais chouette ! Vraiment une belle sortie en redescendant sur Chaudon Norante et en remontant ce joli col.
Autant la N85 peut souvent être un enfer pour les cyclistes, autant la route de ce col est calme et agréable. Ça grimpe un peu sur 2km et plutôt à 9％ si l’on en croit les bornes kilométriques. La roche grise noire est assez belle. Le panneau du col a été dérobé. La petite route est mignonne mais attention aux lacets et gravillons en redescendant vers Chaudon Norante.
