Nice climb on the north side of Hergenrath. It starts off very easy in terms of gradient but towards the top you hit double digits and have to work hard.

A very pleasant climb but with a somewhat unsatisfying end. You start (in Germany) with a slight climb along a nice meadow towards the little tunnel. After the tunnel (you enter Belgium) the road goes up a lot. After an intersecting road (to the right and then left) which is almost flat, you see the second part of the climb towering above you. Here you can really go for it. The highest point (of which you notice nothing except that it is flat) is the T-junction at the end, in a residential area. In the beginning and on the way (if you look back) some nice views, at the end you see little.
