A gem in the area. The road winds nicely uphill on a good road surface. The views are also very rewarding

The quieter version of the Maquisard. The road surface is top notch, the scenery beautiful and there is almost no traffic :) Highly recommended!

I actually liked this one - at least the bit after Winamplanche (the approach to that village is scenically fine but hardly rises at all) - with as much fun as the Maquisard. A much narrower road with hardly any traffic (so a lot quieter than the Maquisard), with excellent tarmac and often with nice views. Only the last bit along the school is just a bit less because no more views.
