The cobbles make this perhaps the most distinctive of all the climbs. However, it is a busy thoroughfare, especially in the first part. So pay attention!

Opletten dus!

The longest climb to Amersfoortse Berg and with the most altimeters. From the centre, first through a shopping street (with sign 5% which is very early on the slope) and then on a bicycle lane further up. Runs mainly over cobblestones which makes it a little tougher.

Quite a few height meters and on cobblestones so the part to the roundabout always takes longer than I think.
Also quite busy road, especially in the beginning, so be careful there. Still I like to cycle it up but there are nicer ones in Amersfoort.

After a 5 minute warmup, my weekly climb from work to home. Not very special and certainly not worth the detour. Especially in the beginning quite busy so full speed is rarely possible. Many side roads where you have the right of way but do not always get it. Moderate climbing so.

Behoudend klimmen dus.

The climb is on a road that can be quite busy and has many side streets. The first part is, because of the presence of shops, sometimes quite busy and you have to pay attention (especially because of the zebra crossing).
The bricks make the road more difficult than it actually is. A nice climb, but not worth the detour.

Nice that it runs on cobblestones and holds 3-5% for quite a long time. More of a through road than the other climbs of the Berg. You cycle between houses, so in terms of setting nothing special, but nice long climb for a climb so northern in the Netherlands.

The road from the center towards Soesterberg. Not really exciting but for the surroundings a tough climb.
