This climb is on the route towards Compostela. Packed and unpacked, this can be counted. In my opinion the percentages vary a lot locally which makes it difficult to maintain a constant pace. When you pass under the highway (quite impressive) you get to a steeper part. Afterwards the climb becomes more easy and you arrive in a village (Pedrafita) that is a stop for trucks on their way through. Definitely not worth stopping. Basically, you have already reached a 'col' but you can still climb to the Alto O Cebreiro by turning left in Pedrafita towards Triacastela and Sarria. Here is again a spicier piece until you get to the top so bite your tongue. In terms of nature this climb is not really spectacular, almost all the time you ride in line with a highway (until Pedrafita). However, if you continue after Cebreiro (it goes up and down for a while until the Alto o Poio), you come in a more remote area and it is more fun to ride. This climb is 'mandatory cost' for the compostela goers, but if you are looking for a nice climb in the region, I would look for other places.
