The asphalt is okay to ride. There are 1-2 steep ramps in the beginning, where you can ride in the blazing sun even in the heat. Towards the back, the rest is nice and even. There is little to no traffic, depending on the time of day.
The view is best at about halfway along the route, after which you ride in the protection of the trees and have shade all the way up to the car parks.
If you want to get to the top of the mountain pasture from here (this ascent is then completed), you have to continue on gravel, where you also have a great view.

Der Asphalt ist okay zu fahren. Anfangs sind 1-2 steile Rampen drinnen, hier fährt man auch bei hitze in der prallen Sonne. Nach hinten raus lässt sich der Rest schön gleichmäßig fahren. Verkehr ist kaum bis keiner da, jeh nach Uhrzeit.
Bei ca. der Hälfte der Strecke ist die Aussicht am besten danach fährt man im Schutz der Bäume und hat schatten bis hoch zu den Parkplätzen.
Wer ab hier (dieser Anstieg ist dann abgeschlossen) ganz hoch auf die Alm will muss über Schotter weiter, dort hat man dann auch eine Tolle Aussicht.

Mooie klim, goed te doen. Weinig verkeer, asfalt oké. Eerste gedeelte is het moeilijkst. Als je het piepkleine plaatsje Montano achter je hebt gelaten rolt het lekker verder naar boven. Ik heb dezelfde weg terug genomen. Beetje opletten: in de afdaling zit een heel gemene bocht in met matig asfalt bij de afslag naar Monte Frella.
