Een shortcut naar de Grosse Scheidegg vanuit Grindelwald. Met een bang hartje deze klim aangevat. Vooral de kilometers iets voorbij halverwege baarde me zorgen gezien het monsterlijk profiel. Mijn vrees was gegrond. Na minutenlang zwalpen bij percentages van 18% tot 22% verdween alle kracht & snelheid (of eerder traagheid) uit de benen en moest ik voet aan grond zetten. Enkele minuten wandelen deed me echter nog meer genieten van de oogstrelende omgeving. Voorbij de top begon de (deels onverharde) 'Panoramastrasse', wat z'n naam zeker niet gestolen heeft. Later vernam ik dat dit in feite een MTB-klim is, wat ik me best kan inbeelden :)
