The road from Entraigues to Valjouffrey is a gently ascending wide road with good tarmac. To get on this road you have to go through a few narrow lanes in the village of Entraigues.
Just before Valjouffray you turn sharply left. After a steeper stretch, you come to a beautiful road with reasonable tarmac. Ascent rates vary and the descent is confusing due to the width of the road and the many curves.
At the top you come to a plain with beautiful views of Pic de col d'Ordon.
