Nice climb at the start, and after that the road is very damaged.
Mostly forest.
Belle montée au début , et après la route est très abîmé.
Principalement en forêt.
Road surface after the D253 exit is very bad. For climbing this is not such a big problem. But descending is strongly discouraged because of the large potholes. On the descent towards Albeville, the first part of the road is also very bad, but that gets better quickly. But there are plenty of nicer climbs nearby.
Wegdek na de afslag van de D253 is erg slecht. Voor het klimmen is dat niet zo’n groot probleem. Maar afdalen is vanwege de flinke gaten sterk af te raden. Op de afdaling richting Albeville is het eerste stuk van de weg ook erg slecht, maar dat wordt snel beter. Maar er zijn genoeg leukere klimmen in de buurt.
