The road climbs even before the indicated climb begins. The start is nice climbing, after which it flattens out and climbs steadily. Halfway up you have nice views to the right, including Julémont church. At a T-junction, turn left. The road keeps climbing with some nice views over the village and the church. Fair to good tarmac.
De weg klimt al voordat de aangegeven klim begint. Het begin is lekker klimmen, waarna het afvlakt en gestaag verder omhoog loopt. Halverwege heb je mooi uitzicht over rechts, o.a. op de kerk van Julémont. Op een T-splitsing links. De weg blijft klimmen waarbij je soms mooi uitzicht hebt over het dorp en de kerk. Redelijk tot goed asfalt.
