The Holloway from Drayton Beauchamp

The Holloway is the easy option compared to Tring Hill. They climb the same amount, and finish in the same place, and the Holloway scores higher than Tring Hill on Climbfinder, but it's definitely the easier option. Somehow, you gain height without noticing on a false flat section through the village, so when you arrive at the foot of the climb proper a potion of it has already been done. The gradient is easier than Tring Hill too, until it increases towards the top. All apart from the climb over the hump backed canal bridge, that is, which is that bump at the bottom on the gradient profile.
It's quite narrow, and almost impossible for cars to overtake, apart from a couple of places where you can put them through. Cars coming down are not so much of a problem, they will generally give you space to ride.
As the name suggests, the road is in a hollow way, a deep cutting formed over centuries of human passage, and now with overhanging trees. So there are no views, but it's quite nice to ride up.
