Nice climb on a fairly quiet wooded road from Seesen. You can nicely use this ride from Seesen as a starting point for tours into the Harz. Towards the end it gets a bit steep, but then you're actually already at the top. From here, I cycled downhill via https://climbfinder.com/nl/beklimmingen/sternplatz-lautenthal-bromberg to picturesque Lauthenthal, from where you can go in all directions.
