Just grab it while you're here. If you ride a few smart laps, you can do all the climbs of Mount Pietersberg without much doubling. It is beautiful everywhere and this climb is indeed the easiest variant, but also one of the most beautiful.
Gewoon meepakken als je hier toch bent. Als je een paar slimme rondjes rijdt, kun je alle beklimmingen van de Pietersberg doen zonder veel dubbelingen. Het is overal mooi en deze beklimming is inderdaad de makkelijkste variant, maar ook een van de mooiste.

Inderdaad een mooie rustige alternatieve route om de Pietersberg te beklimmen. Vergeleken met de andere opgangen lijkt deze klim aanmerkelijk minder steil. Mooi uitzicht onderweg!
The first part of this climb. The Ganzendries itself is still very light but then you enter a narrow asphalt path which goes into the green. Here it really starts to climb. Beautiful views to the side. Where the path descends again you have to turn right into a steep and somewhat indistinct asphalt path (now there were a lot of leaves here). Here you just have to push and then you're almost at the top.
het eerste deel van deze klim. De Ganzendries zelf is nog erg licht maar daarna ga je een smal asfaltpad in wat het groen in gaat. Hier gaat het echt klimmen. Mooi uitzicht opzij. Waar het pad weer gaat dalen moet je schuin rechtsaf een steil en wat onduidelijk asfaltpad in (nu lagen hier heel veel bladeren). Hier even aanzetten en dan ben je al bijna boven.
Otherwise go through the maasboulevard ursulinenweg up. You pass the house of André Rieu. Then take the Schutterijweg further up and finally continue on the goose dries. This is a nice climb with good asphalt quiet in traffic nice views and easy to do for a trained rider but still relatively heavy for the beginner. Nice climb for everyone
Ga anders ook eens via de maasboulevard de ursulinenweg omhoog. Hierbij ga je achter langs het huis van André Rieu. Neem dan de schutterijweg verder omhoog en ga uiteindelijk verder op de ganzendries. Dit is een mooi klimmetje met goed asfalt rustig qua verkeer mooi uitzicht en goed te doen voor een getrainde renner maar toch relatief zwaar voor de beginner. Mooi klimmetje voor ieder
