The start is a nice little road leading up from the Hoëgne valley. After leaving the built-up area, it gets quite steep for a while, especially in the two short hairpin bends right after each other. It is hard work here. This is followed by a scenic section until the T-junction where you turn left. After Sassor the gradient rises sharply again. Overwegend prima asfalt.
