There's little point in taking the last 500M of this climb unless you want to tackle steep gradients between 13-17％ as the road is very gravelly, and there's no views as it's completely in the woods.
MTB and Gravel yes, road bike NO.
I don't live very far and I often do the loop by the Rte de Plancevat ( see the map ) unfortunately for the moment ( September 2022 ) the summit is under construction due to bad weather and it will be necessary to pass one or 2 portions on foot.
Peu d'intérêt à emprunter les derniers 500M ( représentés en jaune sur la carte jointe ) de cette ascension à part si vous voulez affronter de forts pourcentages entre 13-17％ car la route est très gravillonnée, et il n'y a aucun point de vue car c'est complètement dans les bois.
VTT et Gravel oui, vélo de route NON.
Je n'habite pas très loin et je fais souvent la boucle par la Rte de Plancevat ( voir la carte ) malheureusement pour l'instant ( septembre 2022 ) le sommet est en travaux suite à de fortes intempéries et il faudra passer une ou 2 portions à pieds.
