The Muggio Valley is certainly a "minor" valley. But therein lies its charm...

A good climb, the first part to get out of the town and into the forest is harder. Good road surface, you then begin a false flat with alternating moderate gradients and then pick up again in the final part leading to the finish with more severe gradients in the last 3km.
Not an extraordinary climb but far from traffic and surrounded by nature, at the top the dead-end road and a good fountain await you! View of the peaks of Lake Como (Bisbino etc).
If you are in the vicinity a good alternative to the usual tour!
