This climb is a section of the Tour de France 2024 time trial between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Gevrey-Chambertin.
The many tributes to the Tour speak volumes about how happy the locals are to welcome the Grand Loop to the wine route.
The climb is short and fairly regular. The gradients are very manageable, and it's easy to imagine how fast the Tour's riders have gone up this hill. The road is narrow and clean. Riding through the vineyards of this corner of Burgundy is really very pleasant.

Les nombreux hommages au Tour en disent long sur le bonheur des habitants d’accueillir la grande boucle sur la route des vins.
La montée est courte et plutôt régulière. Les pourcentages sont très abordables et on imagine sans peine à quelle vitesse les coureurs du Tour ont avalé cette côte. La route est étroite et son revêtement est propre. Rouler dans le vignoble de ce coin de Bourgogne est vraiment très agréable.
