A very challenging climb: from Tesero, the gradient rises to 10–11% right from the first few kilometres and never lets up; the icing on the cake is the final stretch at 16%. I did it starting from Canazei, passing through Tesero, Alpe di Pampeago, Obereggen, Carezza, Costalunga and back to Canazei 💪🔥

The climb is particularly challenging due to the gradients always in double figures and the length. In the tunnel area, the slope reaches 18％. After Pampeago, the gradient drops to around 10％, on a narrower road completely surrounded by meadows. This climb is much less busy than others in the Dolomites. Recommended for well-trained cyclists.
Salita particolarmente impegnativa per le pendenze sempre in doppia cifra e per la lunghezza. Nella zona delle gallerie si tocca la pendenza del 18％. Dopo Pampeago la pendenza scende intorno al 10％, su una strada più stretta immersa completamente tra i prati. Salita molto meno trafficata di altre delle Dolomiti. Consigliata per ciclisti ben allenati.
