You'd be better off taking a right at Fabian for the climb(s) up the Lacs (Aumar/Aubert & Cap de Long) or a right a bit further on, at le Plan, for Piau-Engaly. The traffic is horrible, as it is a through road to Spain (this may depend on the time of year, though), the tunnel being closed for cyclists. There may well be some scenery if the weather allows - I had some great views later on during a short respite in bad weather, when going up to Piau-Engaly, but none while on the Bielsa climb. The summit is wildly deserted. Given the other options, not worth the effort.
