Nice, quiet climb away from the traffic. The first section has steep gradients and winds its way through five hairpin bends in the forest. Once you reach the village of Cort, you can rest for a few metres before tackling the steepest section in the village of Larzana. From here on, you pass through meadows and woods. The road surface is excellent.... read more

Nice spicy climb that leaves you almost nowhere to catch your breath. The road surface (on this side) is very good. Note: on the other side the road surface is very poor with lots of potholes. You cycle much of the route in the sun.
At the top, a few picnic benches have been placed in the forest and a tap of vodk water is available. There is also a food/drink facility just before the summit.

A very tough climb with a steep start and middle section. I do it once every year and find it the toughest in this area. Descent I take the same side, as other side has a bad road surface that is often wet. Can be combined with passo Durone or to Madonna di Campiglio.
