Climb from the centre that starts relaxed but gets a slightly higher percentage further on. A little further on, you go up the slope in a sort of very wide hairpin bend (two right-angle turns) in a nice park landscape. After that, it is soon cycling out between the houses. The bit of park landscape does it for this little climb, the rest is a bit less.
Klim vanuit het centrum die relaxed begint maar verderop een iets hoger percentage krijgt. Wat verderop ga je in een soort hele ruime haarspeldbocht (twee haakse bochten naar rechts) in een leuk parklandschap tegen de helling op. Daarna is het tussen de huizen al snel uitfietsen. Het stukje parklandschap doet het voor dit klimmetje, de rest is wat minder.
If you like to stomp uphill on the big slab and bends, you can cycle this one as an alternative of the Dries. If you cycle straight on, you will arrive at the start of the Zevenheuvelenweg (although you will miss the first few altitude meters).
Als je houdt van naar boven stoempen op de grote plaat én bochten, dan kun je deze als alternatief van de Dries fietsen. Fiets je rechtdoor, dan kom je uit op de start van de Zevenheuvelenweg (al mis je wel de eerste paar hoogtemeters).
