Not too difficult and almost 6 km long climb from Raeren via the Vennbusch to the north side of the reservoir near Eupen. In the climb, two somewhat steeper bits of a few hundred metres and for the rest basically relaxed walking false flat.
Niet te moeilijke en bijna 6 kilometer lange klim vanuit Raeren via het Vennbusch naar de noordkant van het stuwmeer bij Eupen. In de klim twee wat steilere stukjes van een paar honderd meter en voor de rest eigenlijk relaxt lopend vals plat.
A quiet and long climb that goes mainly through the forest. In the built-up area, there is a steeper section, but after that it goes on for a long time until you see the road rising again towards the end. Quiet roads with reasonable tarmac. The last part is not used by cars.
Rustige en lange klim die voornamelijk door het bos loopt. Nog in de bebouwde kom even een steiler stukje maar daarna kabbelt het lang voort tot je tegen het eind de weg weer even ziet oplopen. Al met al wel onverwacht veel hoogtemeters Rustige wegen met redelijk asfalt. Het laatste deel is verboden voor gemotoriseerd verkeer.
