A difficult climb of Montecamplo, which begins immediately after a small bridge over the ravine of the same name, the gradient starts off flat but after a few hundred metres it steepens to 12-13 %, then settles at around 9%, so you make a couple of big straight stretches through the Mediterranean scrub with an intense scent of juniper and pine, typical of these parts. After the first 2.5 kilometres the gradient becomes more acceptable, then you come to a crossroads, on the left you go to the Casone (where the other variant to the classic climb comes from) and on the right you continue to Monte Santa Trinità, there's a first false-flanking section;there is a false-flat first part and then begins a hard section of about 1 km with a series of bends with a double-digit gradient and a sub-optimal road surface with gravel, where it is easy to slip if you stand up. Finally, you arrive at the top, where the road ends (you can only continue by mountain bike) and there are a couple of antennas.
