Climb via a cycle lane over part of the wide ring road around the centre of Aachen. By the way, you do ride quite in the green because both the central reservation left and right consist mainly of a park. Halfway there are traffic lights because of the entrance to a hotel/conference centre.
At the traffic lights at the end, you can possibly turn right for some extra altitude metres.
Klim via een fietsstrook over een deel van de brede ringweg rondom het centrum van Aachen. Overigens rijd je wel behoorlijk in het groen want zowel de middenberm links als rechts bestaan voornamelijk uit een park. Halverwege zijn er wel verkeerslichten vanwege de ingang van een hotel / congrescentrum.
Bij de verkeerslichten op het eind kan je evt. nog rechtsaf voor enkele extra hoogtemeters.
