Klim in het buitengebied in het noordelijke deel van de gemeente Aken. Het is eigenlijk niet meer dan vals plat. Links zie je gebouwen van de sportzône met o.a. stadion van voetbalclub Alemania Aachen. Rechts tot aan de bebouwing vooral weilanden. Twee sterren voor de klim maar wel een interessante weg om verder oostwaarts richting o.a. Stolberg te gaan.
Excellent cycle path next to a straight road (but you can also cycle on the road) with the stadiums of the CHIO complex on the left and farmland on the right offering nice views. Clearly slopes up near the houses towards the end. The climb ends at a junction with traffic lights. Nice quiet route from the north into Aachen. You could have the climb start a bit earlier, via the Sonnenweg from the bridge over the Wildbach.
Uitstekend fietspad naast een rechte en rustige weg (maar je mag ook op de weg fietsen) met aan de linkerkant de stadions van het CHIO-complex en rechts landerijen die mooi uitzicht bieden. Loopt bij de huizen tegen het eind duidelijk op. De klim eindigt bij een kruising met verkeerslichten. Mooie rustige route vanuit het noorden Aachen in. Je kan de evt. klim iets eerder laten beginnen, via de Sonnenweg vanaf de brug over de Wildbach.
