Climb over a wider connecting road with good tarmac and not too busy. Often beautiful views to the left which certainly give an added value. It is not a runner but you do not have to change gear much (although there is a small descent in between and it flattens out considerably towards the ridge). At the highest point you turn right and then suddenly there is a lot of spice in the climb because it goes up quite a bit. Then it levels off until the top. A scenically beautiful climb that is very doable up to the ridge.
