Nice climb with ditto viewpoints!
Starts in Urzig where you have to pay attention to the traffic. However, it is usually not busy.
Roads are good and views are beautiful. If you have time to enjoy it, because it can be tough at times.
Especially towards the end, it runs a bit mean!

Begint door het plaatsje Urzig waar je inderdaad even goed op het verkeer moet letten. Al is het meestal niet druk.
Wegen zijn goed, en uitzichten mooi. Als je er tijd van hebt om van te genieten, want bij stukken kan ie pittig zijn.
Vooral richting het einde loopt ie nog even gemeen op!
A beautiful and tough climb, which starts from the valley of the Moselle through Ürzig (NB: in the beginning the road is very narrow, so watch out for the other traffic) and climbs uphill with a good percentage and sometimes beautiful views. At the highest point of this road you turn right and follow a slightly winding road into the forest (so few views). After the steep slope of the Moselle, you expect that it is going to be more relaxed but nothing is further from the truth because it is going to be hard work. After a short descent, there is a clearly visible junction for the final climb, which is also worthwhile.
Een mooie en pittige klim die vanuit het dal van de Moezel door Ürzig (NB: in het begin is de weg erg smal dus pas op voor het overige verkeer) omhoog klimt met een lekker percentage en soms fraaie uitzichten. Op het hoogste punt van deze weg ga je rechtsaf waarna je een licht slingerende weg het bos in volgt (weinig uitzicht dus). Je verwacht na de steile helling van de Moezel dat het relaxter gaat worden maar niets is minder waar want het wordt hard aanpoten. Na een kleine afdaling een overzichtelijke voorrangskruising voor de eindklim die er ook nog mag wezen.
