A la sortie de Frontenex il faut laisser la Rte de Tamié sur la droite et prendre la direction de Cléry à gauche, la pente s’élève rapidement avec des ％ à 2 chiffres par endroits.
Dans le village il faut prendre à droite, une légère descente de 600M permet de récupérer un peu, à la croix il faut prendre direction les Roseaux , il reste alors 2,4km où il faudra jouer du dérailleur dans des pentes souvent supérieures au 10 ％.
Le final se situe sur un très petit parking et il faut redescendre par la même route, le bitume est bon et la circulation très calme.
