After a short descent you can see the climb in front of you. The trees on the right hand side indicate the start of the climb, launched from a pretty solid position. According to the rumours, this climb will be used in stage 5 of the Tour de France 2022.
Na een klein stukje afdaling zie je de klim mooi voor je uit liggen. De bomen aan de rechterkant geven de start van de beklimming aan, gelanceerd kan je deze vrij stevig aanvatten. Volgens de geruchten zal deze klim worden aangedaan in etappe 4 van de Tour de France 2022.
Delightful climb! On top of a small initial bend, the slope of le Ventus d'Alembon looms up in front of you. After a short dive down the climb winds with the necessary hairpin bends up until the village where the climb got its name is reached. Highly recommended.
Heerlijke klim! Boven op een klein initieel knikje doemt de helling van le Ventus d'Alembon voor je op. Na een kleine duik naar beneden slingert de klim zich daarna met de nodige haarspeldbochten omhoog totdat het dorpje waar de klim zijn naam aan te danken heeft bereikt wordt. Een aanrader.
