Great tarmac, great views, some nice hair pins, nice runner, all right!

Geweldig asfalt, geweldig uitzicht, een paar mooie haarspeldjes, lekkere loper, helemaal goed!

This climb offers great views of the Lake and lots of wildflowers at the roadside. There is plenty of parking at the Ubaye cemetery, which is conveniently close to the bottom of the Col du Pontis climb.

For me it's hell on earth, I hate the false flat and the first few kilometres are just that. But the last 2/3 of the course offers something more interesting.

In October a quiet road where you can enjoy the view. Good, bit boring road.

Goede, beetje saaie weg.

Beautiful ride, especially the view is phenomenal, but also distracting. Climb itself is easy to do. Tip do not start too fast. I blew myself up the first time directly. it is otherwise a slowly building uphill where you can get stuck in. Once at the top you can also choose to drive towards la Montagne aux marmot and from there climb back.
