Boring climb that doesn't really turn into a climb.
The climb on the map starts even before the village of Entraigues. For the first few kilometres, the climb is nothing but a nice bit of cycling on false flat. Only in the last two km come the hairpin turns and you feel like you are climbing. It never gets steep.
A nice little café in La Désert, though.
The descent is clear but does not get any faster. Good tarmac and little traffic though.
If you want to warm up for the Alp d'Huez, name Col d'Ordon.
