Done from La Grave, immediately (really immediately) after the first tunnel after La Grave turn right. The first three kilometres are very steep and very beautiful. Heavy but with great views of the La Meije mountains. The second part is not impressive. At the "top" you can enjoy great views, Unfortunately you can't do a lap and in total it's still a fairly short climb. So fine if you're in La Grave.
Vanuit La Grave gedaan, direct (echt direct) na de eerste tunnel na La Grave sla je af naar rechts. De eerste drie kilometer zijn zeer steil en zeer mooi. Zwaar maar met geweldige uitzichten op het La Meije gebergte. Het tweede deel is niet indrukwekkend. Op de "top" kun je van een prachtig uitzicht genieten, Helaas kun je geen rondje rijden en in totaal is het toch een vrij korte klim. Dus prima als je in La Grave bent.
