It is a nice climb however at the first hairpin bend of the 'route du replat' the tarmac ends and it is actually a hiking trail. Perhaps doable with a mountain bike, but in summer here also flocks of sheep with (aggressive) "patous" (the Pyrenean guard dogs) so be careful. In short: not recommended to go all the way to the top. Alternative: continue to St Alban and St . Colomban des Villards.
Het is een aardige klim echter bij de eerste haarspeldbocht van de 'route du replat' houdt het asfalt op en is het eigenlijk een wandelweg. Wellicht te doen met een mountainbike, maar in de zomer hier ook schaapskuddes met (agressieve) "patous" (de Pyreneese bewakingshonden) oppassen dus. Kortom: af te raden om helemaal naar de top te gaan. Alternatief: doorrijden naar St. Alban en St . Colomban des Villards.
