A climb that feels more difficult than indicated, as the straight section and the fairly high percentages mean that you don't feel a metre closer to the summit. Good connection to the Vennbahn cycle path
Ein Anstieg der sich schwieriger anfühlt als angegeben, da man auf Grund der Geraden Strecke und den recht hohen Prozenten sich gefühlt keinen Meter näher an den Gipfel bewegt. Gute Verbindung zum Vennbahnradweg
Nice climb and quite steep too. When you start this, you already have some altitude metres from Raeren in your legs and you will feel this extra. This climb starts fairly easy but after the left turn the percentages go up and along the houses it gets pretty tough. Just before the Vennbahn it flattens out. The level crossing consists of a few metres of gravel, the rest is good tarmac. At the level crossing there is also a cafe in style.
Lekker klimmetje en best stevig bovendien. Als je hieraan begint heb je al wat hoogtemeters vanuit Raeren in de benen en dan voel je deze nog wat extra. Deze klim begint nog redelijk rustig maar na de bocht naar links gaan de percentages omhoog en langs de huizen wordt het behoorlijk pittig. Vlak voor de Vennbahn vlakt het af. De spoorwegovergang bestaat uit enkele meters gravel, de rest is goed asfalt. Bij de spoorwegovergang is ook nog een café in stijl.
