A surprisingly steep climb, passing through at 14%. We put everything to the left and tried to enjoy the superb view, despite the heat and the rising cardio levels. To do

Fairly steep climb leading to a small lake. The road surface is not fantastic but it is quiet. At the top there is a lake. Perfect for testing your legs.
Don't be fooled by any reviewers who think this is easy – it's a bitch of a climb. OK, it's only a kilometer, but you're in the red from bottom to top with some very tight hairpins to negotiate. Test yourself by doing a couple of repeats and then say if it's easy!
The Lac du Paty at the top is an old reservoir with some good swimming but bring your rock shoes! The restaurant (only open summer season) does a surprisingly good brochette.
A nice little climb. Once you've climbed the Mur de Monieux (near Sault), these short climbs of less than 10% seem pretty easy. The road is in very average condition but it's deserted.
The cute little lake awaits us at the top. Then it's on to the Mur de Suzette, which is more formidable.
Steep climb that ends at a lake. Take the trouble to go to the lake from the car park. Just past the car park, you can cycle down. And enjoy the surroundings during the climb and the descent.
