The Coxberg is not the most famous climb in the region. It runs parallel to the Smeysberg, and then the choice is usually quickly made. Still it is worthwhile to explore an alternative (it always is). And the Coxberg is not so easy, to climb from bottom to top on the big plateau. Annoying bike path, by the way. It is not very wide and is elevated, and consists of clinkers that are not straight enough to not feel them. TIP: Try the small road left of the road (IJsedal). Easier alternative to smeysberg. This one does not reach the high percentages like the surrounding climbs. A nice option for when you want to take it easier, though.

Personally one of my favourite climbs in Huldenberg. Perfect asphalt. At the bottom of the lights it goes up gradually, a bit further it is climbing blown. Not really very steep, but you can pace yourself. Ideal to adjust your PR

persoonlijk één van mijn favoriete klimmetjes van Huldenberg. Perfecte asfalt.

It's a good climb, it's way easier on the legs then the smeysberg or the kleinwaverstraat, overall ithe raod condition here is good but since there are so many driveways here you have to look out, I had an incident with an old lady suddenly backing out of her drive way and hitting me, for the rest a nice more gradual version then many other climbs in the area.

Easy variation of the Coxberg. The road parallel to this makes it much harder. Yet tough enough here too. Nice one to include in your tour.

TIP: Try the small road left of the road (IJsedal). There it becomes steep and, surprise, there are cobblestones. By far the best choice.

Vervelend fietspad, by the way.

The climb is close to the Smeysberg and much easier. However, it is still serious in length. Note that in the middle of the climb there is an alternative shortcut, which is shorter, but steeper and partly covered with cobblestones.

If you find the Smeysberg a bit too heavy, you can certainly take this one. A somewhat longer climb, without peaks. Don't think you're at the top too soon, because there is a longer, (slightly) steeper spur.

Perfect alternative if you want to take it easier than the Smeysberg. Of course longer because of the lower percentage and the long false flat can also hurt.
